What areas do you cover?

Most of Annapolis County and nearby communities. Properties farther out may still be considered; travel fees are explained in advance.

Can you help if I live away or overseas?

Absolutely. We regularly help owners who can’t be at their property in person, acting as a trusted local contact for property checks, maintenance coordination, deliveries and unexpected issues, with photo reports and clear updates.

To avoid international calling charges, we can talk by WhatsApp, FaceTime, Messenger or email, whether you’re buying a home, managing a seasonal property or preparing to relocate. Your home in Nova Scotia. Your trusted local contact. Wherever you are.

How often should a property be checked?

That depends on your preference and insurance policy. Some policies require checks every 48–72 hours; confirm your policy’s exact requirement with your insurer.

What do you look for?

Agreed visual checks can include accessible doors and windows, visible water leaks, storm damage, power availability, signs of entry and overall visible condition. Each visit includes an update and photos.

Do you offer emergency visits?

Urgent visits may be arranged on a best-efforts basis, subject to availability, weather and safe access. The $72 call-out fee is additional to the applicable visit fee and any travel. Attendance and response times cannot be guaranteed. For immediate danger, contact emergency services.

Can you coordinate repairs or trades?

Yes. Kerrie can help arrange access and appointments, share updates and coordinate agreed services. Qualified third-party trades remain responsible for technical work.

Are you insured?

Yes. Annapolis Royal Property Care carries commercial general liability insurance appropriate to our property care and concierge services. Details are available on request.

Has Kerrie had a police record check?

Yes. Kerrie has completed a police record check. We know that giving someone access to your home takes a high level of trust, so our approach is built on professionalism, discretion, reliability and respect for your home and privacy. See how we handle keys, access and security.

Do you care for seasonal cottages or larger properties?

Seasonal homes and larger or more complex properties can be considered with longer visit times or additional checks and a tailored quote.

Who does the visits?

Kerrie currently completes most visits. If another team member attends, clients should know who is attending.

Is Govee monitoring staffed?

No. Homeowners receive and manage alerts through their own Govee app. A separate ARPC visit can be arranged, subject to availability and fees.

How do I start?
