$50 / hour · 2-hour minimum ($100 minimum)Coordinate agreed property-related tasks such as cleaning and preparation, garden maintenance, household deliveries, access for service providers, arrival or guest preparation and practical requests.
Work and anticipated costs are agreed in advance. Third-party services, purchases and materials are charged separately.
