Travel: Included within 10 km of Annapolis Royal town centre. Beyond that, $0.90/km round trip, calculated from town centre. Applicable cost is confirmed before service.
Routine visit discounts: Weekly eligible property checks 10%; bi-weekly 5%; monthly at standard rate. Discounts apply under an initial six-month agreement. Cancel any time with 30 days’ written notice: no early cancellation penalties, and discounts already received are not reclaimed. See Cancellation & Service Agreements.
Tax: HST is not currently collected. Third-party trades, purchases and materials are additional where applicable. Final price may vary with property size, access, travel, seasonal conditions and agreed scope.
